Heading Size

You have the ability to select the heading level of the slider items. Heading 2 is set by default, but may need to be adjusted depending on where you nest the slider block within the page. 

NOTE: The heading size will apply to all items within this collection.

Headline

The slide's headline grabs people's attention to draw them in.

Content

The content field will display over the image underneath the headline. 

Link

Additionally, you can wrap the slider in an accessible, clickable link. The ‘Link Text’ will appear as a button below the slide’s content. The text should clarify where users will be directed when they click on the selected slide.

URL: Start typing the title of a piece of content to select it. You can also enter an internal path such as /node/add or an external URL such as http://example.com. Enter <front> to link to the front page. Enter <nolink> to display link text only.

Image

When you upload the image, you will be asked to fill in a required accessible alternative text value and an optional global caption for each image.

NOTE: After you upload your image, select the ‘Create Slide’ button to add the slide to the slider.

Updating Slides

REORDER: If you wish to change the order of the slides, select the drag handle icon and reorder the slides as desired. 

EDIT: When editing slides, remember to select the ‘Update Slide’ button so your changes are saved. 

REMOVE: If you wish to remove a specific slide, select the ‘Remove’ button and then confirm with the next ‘Remove’ button.
